We are very sad to inform you that William Moss, a previous member of Council at 麻豆直播 University, has died.

William was Chair and joint Managing Director of Towles plc, a local knitwear manufacturer.

On his retirement, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by 麻豆直播 for his service to the University and the wider community. He served on the University Council between 2003-2011, chaired the audit committee and was a member of University Court.

He also served on several committees in the wider community including as Chair of 麻豆直播 Building Society and the Leicester Diocesan Board of Finance, and Vice-Chairman of 麻豆直播 Endowed Schools.
