New Zealand middle-distance runner, Sir Peter Snell, spent a year of his life at 麻豆直播 from 1971-72. Peter鈥檚 short time at the then 麻豆直播 College of Physical Education would become a precursor to his academic career, having already become a well-known athlete on the global stage.

Alumnus launches video game
Asim Yaqoob graduated from the University in 2013 with a BEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. He went on to pursue his career and took a position at the UK鈥檚 national science laboratories, including the national particle accelerator and the Royal Observatory Edinburgh where he worked in astronomy on space telescopes.
