Â鶹ֱ²¥ Sport will be hosting a sport psychology series, ‘Win from Within’, for Â鶹ֱ²¥ University students and staff regardless of their experience or sporting background.

The series, comprised of three workshops, will delve into the essential mental skills that underpin athletic development, providing delegates with both insight and practical strategies.

The workshops are suitable for all abilities, from seasoned competitors to those just starting their athletic journey. Each workshop aims to equip attendees with the tools required to thrive in any sporting environment.

Led by practitioners of the Â鶹ֱ²¥ Applied Psychology Service (LAPS), each workshop will focus on a different aspect of mental performance. This includes perfecting pre-performance preparation, thriving under the pressures of competition, and learning the skills to unlock your full potential.

  • Perfecting pre-performance: 25 April
  • Thriving under pressures of competition: 9 May
  • Unlocking your full potential: 23 May

Individual workshops are priced from £15, with discounts available for block bookings.
