New student accommodation
A new Hall of Residence is being developed in the Central Park area of the Â鶹ֱ²¥ campus, close to the Edward Herbert Building.
The hall will provide 552 bedspaces across five blocks, all set within landscaped surroundings, including a shared plaza and square.
It is an essential development to accommodate our undergraduate student numbers and complements the existing University-managed accommodation on or close to the campus.
Construction of the new hall is now underway, with the building scheduled to be ready for the start of the 2027/28 academic year.
