We're celebrating landlords who make student life better
We’re excited to confirm that the Â鶹ֱ²¥ Studentpad Landlord Awards will return in 2026, celebrating landlords who go the extra mile in providing an excellent service to students across a range of categories. This event will take place on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, 14:00 - 17:00.
Student tenants can nominate their landlord based on their own experiences and tell us how a landlord has gone above and beyond to support their student experience. This can include: providing an ideal student home, supporting student wellbeing, or helping out in an emergency.
There are a number of categories that landlords can be nominated for and every student that submits a nomination will be entered into a prize draw with the opportunity to win a £50 Amazon voucher. There is also a category for landlords to nominate students tenants who are outstanding member of the local community.
