Nominate student tenants
Recognising students that have been excellent tenants during their stay and given back to the local community.
If you feel that you have a student tenant, or group of student tenants, who have made a specific effort to make a positive impact on the local community, then you as a landlord can nominate them for being Good Student Neighbours.
Landlords can nominate either an individual student or a group of students. Landlords can nominate multiple students by re-using the form.
All nominations will be assessed by a panel of judges and one nomination will be chosen to be named as the “Good Neighbour Award” winner.
The winner will be awarded a certificate that will be presented to the winning student or group of students at the “Â鶹ֱ²¥ Studentpad Awards and Information Event” on 27th February 2025.
The winning nomination will also be given a £100 amazon voucher. If the winning nomination is for a household comprising multiple students, one voucher of £100 will be awarded to the household.

You may only nominate students who are living in properties that are owned or managed by Landlords who have advertised the property in which they live, on the Â鶹ֱ²¥ University Studentpad website.
